Privacy policy
Anu Sushi LLC (“Anu Sushi,” “we,” “us”) is a wholesale supplier and franchisor of ready-to-eat sushi based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We serve institutional and retail partners and do not sell to the public through this website. This policy explains what information we collect through anusushi.com and how we use it. What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, organization, email, phone, location and message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Job applications — the contents of a resume or application you send us.
- Basic technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit times and the referring site, which our hosting provider records automatically.
We do not collect payment information, customer logins, health or dietary information, or advertising profiles, and we do not buy data from brokers.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, manage partner relationships, review job applications, send emails you have asked for, keep the site working well, and meet legal, tax and food-safety record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as website hosting and email), limited to the work they do for us, and when required by law or needed to protect our rights, people, or product safety.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may work less well.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and business contact information is kept during our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward. Job applications are kept up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period.
Your choices
Email hello@anusushi.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop receiving emails from us. If your state or country gives you additional privacy rights, tell us in your message and we will respond as the law requires.
Other things to know
- This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
- We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
- Links to other sites, including social media, are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.
- If our business is sold, merged or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
- We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the most recent change.
